Panchakarma detox package

Ayurveda Panchakarma Detox can be offered in 3 stages given below. Ideally it take about 21 to 28 days to complete four/five detox processes. A minimum of 14 days is required to give at least one/two detox therapies. It’s difficult to offer panchakarma for guest staying less than14 days.

Purva Karma: Preparation of body for detox. Which include Oil massage, Steam bath, diet and oral medication.
       
Pradhana Karma: Main detox treatment include Vamana, Virechanam.

Anuvasana vasti, Ashapana vasti and Nasyam.Paschat Karma: Restoration of body, Diet and rejuvenate therapies.

Day 1-2 (Nasyam + Udwartham)
Nasyam is a powerful cleaning method for the head region. It mainly cleans the ‘kapha’ dosha from the upper body. It is done by administering medicine through the nose. Udwartana is a therapeutic procedure in Ayurveda that involves dry powder massage or herbal powder massage. It is typically performed by rubbing medicated powders on the body in upward strokes.

Day 3-4 (Abhyangam + Steam Sarvanga Kashaya dhara)
Abhyanga is a massage that's done with warm oil. The oil is applied on the entire body, from the scalp to the soles of your feet. It's the most popular massage in Ayurveda.Sarvanga Kashaya dhara involves streams of medicated kashaya - decoction of herbs boiled in a particular quantity of water are poured over the body, for a prescribed period to induce active sweating.

Day 5-6 (Pizhichil + Haircare Rx.)
Pizhichil is the squeezing of warm medicated oil onto the body of the patient from a piece of cloth that is periodically soaked in a vessel containing the oil. Pizhichil literally means squeezing.

Day 7 (Shirodhara + Herbal Facial)
Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic healing technique that involves having someone pour liquid — usually oil, milk, buttermilk, or water — onto your forehead. It’s often combined with a body, scalp, or head massage.
