Day 1-2 (Nasyam + Udwartham)

Day 3-4 (Abhyangam + Steam Sarvanga Kashaya dhara)
Abhyanga is a massage that's done with warm oil. The oil is applied on the entire body, from the scalp to the soles of your feet. It's the most popular massage in Ayurveda.Sarvanga Kashaya dhara involves streams of medicated kashaya - decoction of herbs boiled in a particular quantity of water are poured over the body, for a prescribed period to induce active sweating.
Day 5-6 (Pizhichil + Haircare Rx.)
Pizhichil is the squeezing of warm medicated oil onto the body of the patient from a piece of cloth that is periodically soaked in a vessel containing the oil. Pizhichil literally means squeezing.
Day 7 (Shirodhara + Herbal Facial)
Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic healing technique that involves having someone pour liquid — usually oil, milk, buttermilk, or water — onto your forehead. It’s often combined with a body, scalp, or head massage.
